German-born and raised Kyra Szanto has spent the last 19 years watching Washington DC transform. Upon purchasing her first home in NE DC seven years ago, she caught the Real Estate Bug.
She enjoys watching the city transform and has a keen eye for the up-and-coming neighborhoods in the District. Her background in the luxury hotel industry with Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental has only supported her natural ability to provide superior customer service; anticipating her client's every need. Kyra has lived, studied, and worked in Germany, The Netherlands, and Italy. She lives East of the River with her Husband Eddie, daughter Mia, and rescued four-legged son Bear. She enjoys arts and crafts on any level – finger paint to costume design, gardening in her yard, cooking and canning, entertaining, and living.
