Melissa Farley

Melissa is a 4th generation Washingtonian with a very personal connection to DC real estate, dating back to the moment her great-grandparents decided to turn their modest row home on Connecticut and Calvert into shops and restaurants, helping to create the thriving Woodley Park area we all know today. From there they went on to build several residential properties throughout NW DC. She has played an active role in her family business, giving her years of experience with DC’s unique market.

Melissa believes the benefits of DC real estate are endless and loves helping her clients through the process with that goal in mind. She has a hands-on approach and takes pride in being there for her clients every step of the way.
